Terms of Service

The service

These terms govern the use of Kai Interact, operated by Mauricio Zúñiga Cuéllar, a natural person, NIT 94.060.281-1, domiciled at Calle 3D # 66 - 47, Cali, Colombia. Contact: kaiinteract@mauroz.xyz.

By creating an account you accept these terms. The contract is entered into with the owner identified above and is governed by Colombian law.

Your account

You need an account to create sessions. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Participants in your sessions do not need an account.

Some features (artificial intelligence, payments, and taking sessions live) require a verified email address.

Plans and pricing

Free plan: US$0 — up to 25 participants per session and 500 KaiCoins per month.

Pro plan: US$12 per month or US$120 per year — up to 200 participants per session and 3,000 KaiCoins per month.

Auditorium plan: US$39 per month or US$390 per year — up to 1,000 participants per session and 10,000 KaiCoins per month.

Prices are in United States dollars (USD) and may change in the future; a price change never affects a period you have already paid for. Every plan includes unlimited sessions, all 12 activity types, and CSV export.

KaiCoins

Artificial intelligence features are measured in KaiCoins: 1 KaiCoin equals one thousandth of a US dollar (US$0.001) of reference AI. Every action shows its cost before it runs.

Your plan's monthly KaiCoin allowance resets every month and does not carry over. KaiCoins purchased in packs do not expire. If an AI action fails, its KaiCoins are refunded automatically.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content of your sessions and for how you treat your participants. Do not use the service for unlawful activities, to collect sensitive data without the data subjects' authorization, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, giving prior notice where reasonable.

Guarantee and statutory withdrawal (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011): two distinct rights

We offer a commercial satisfaction guarantee of 7 calendar days from your first payment: if the service is not what you expected, we refund that payment. It is our own guarantee, it applies once per customer, and we may refuse it only where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse — this affects only that guarantee, which is ours: the statutory right of withdrawal under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 is granted by law and does not depend on our assessment.

In addition, as a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011: 5 business days from the purchase, provided that performance of the paid service has not begun, and it applies to each sale. Neither of the two rights replaces the other: you may rely on whichever applies to your case. The operational details are on the refunds page.

Termination

You can cancel whenever you want; there is no minimum commitment. When your paid plan expires, your account switches to the Free plan with a 5-day grace period, and your data is not deleted. You can request the deletion of your account and your data by writing to kaiinteract@mauroz.xyz.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The Spanish version of this document is the one you enter into with us.
