Service Delivery

A digital service with immediate activation

Kai Interact is a digital service: nothing is shipped physically. Your Free account is active as soon as you sign up. Paid plans and KaiCoin packs are activated on your account automatically once the payment gateway (dLocal Go) confirms the payment — normally within seconds, occasionally within a few minutes.

If you paid and it did not activate

When you come back from the payment flow, the application automatically re-checks your pending payments. If you paid and your plan or pack does not show as active, write to us at kaiinteract@mauroz.xyz with the date of the payment: we verify it directly against the gateway and apply it. A confirmed payment is never lost.

Access

The service is used from the browser at kaiinteract.mauroz.xyz, with nothing to install. Participants join with a code or a QR code, also with nothing to install. You can install the application as an app (PWA) from your profile if you prefer.
